This policy explains what Reminda collects, why, and what happens to it. Reminda is made by Tullos Group, LLC.

What we collect. We store your email address so that you can sign in and so that we can reach you about your account. We store the content you add: your courses, assignments, due dates, study sessions, and any syllabus or notes text you paste into the app. That is all we collect. We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How your content is used. Your content is stored so the app can show it back to you. When you use an AI feature — reading a syllabus, or generating a study guide or a quiz — the text you provide is sent to Anthropic's API to produce that result, and the result is saved to your account. That text is not used to train AI models.

Who we share it with. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on Supabase for the database, sign-in, and hosting; on Anthropic to process the text you submit to AI features; and on Apple for app distribution and, if you subscribe, payment processing. We never see your payment details.

Reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your own device, and assignment details are held on the device for that purpose.

Keeping and deleting your data. We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes it and everything in it — courses, assignments, study sessions, guides, and quizzes. This cannot be undone.

Children. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date shown above.

These terms cover your use of Reminda, an application made by Tullos Group, LLC. By using it, you agree to them.

Your account. You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details secure — you are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.

Acceptable use. Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the service, and do not attempt to access anyone else's data.

Your content. Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it for one purpose only: providing the service to you.

AI features. The app uses AI to read syllabi and generate study material. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything that matters against your actual syllabus and your instructor. It is a study aid, not a replacement for either.

Subscriptions. Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.

Availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

Disclaimer. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every reminder will be delivered.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tullos Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed deadlines or academic outcomes arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated version.
